The exact site has been selected for Memphis' National Train Day celebration. We are using the old power house at Central Station for the event. The power house is located just west of Central Station on G. E. Patterson. Activities planned include, trolley rides, Obie, the Canadian National Operation Lifesaver Safety Train. A slide show, 40 years of Amtrak in Memphis. Model railroad and prototype displays to highlight the new museum.
